Fun facts about me:

Besides being a bibliophile, I love cats and birds. I share my home with 3 cats and 5 parrots. The intelligence of the parrots is staggering and the unconditional love from these marvellous animals is humbling and beautiful. I have a deep love and respect for nonhumans.

Submission Guidelines

I am currently looking for narrative nonfiction projects for Adults, Young Adult, and Middle-Grade in the categories of science, nature, ecology, medicine (not naturopathic), and history. Very interested in science topics presented in fresh and exciting new ways. I would be so thrilled to work with a science author on a bird book.

I am also now open to horror queries for Adults, Young Adult, and Middle-Grade. Psychological and/or supernatural horror is preferred. Loves gothic fiction. Please no gratuitous torture. I love horror fiction with substance. And I would be thrilled to see a horror novel in verse <3

I would love to see more #ownvoices queries from BIPOC and LGBTQ2S+ authors and scientists. I would also love to see some awesome representation of middle-aged and older women in fiction.
I am CLOSED to all picture book queries as my list is currently full for that category.

NO memoir, politics, or self-help.
NO general fiction, scifi, fantasy, mystery or literary for any categories.
