As Literary Agent at Jennifer De Chiara Literary Agency, I represent middle grade, YA and adult novels and memoir, as well as non-fiction for all ages. I also represent established illustrators and picture book authors, and graphic novelists. Overall, books that are original, moving and/or hilarious are especially welcome. I’m NOT interested in genre science fiction or high fantasy (though I am open to paranormal elements and enjoy some speculative elements, especially in middle grade fiction), category romance (though romantic elements are welcomed), or books that feature graphic violence.
