My Manuscript Wish List®
I love urban fantasy in all forms, YA horror, and stories that deal with historical events or figures. I love protagonists with strong voices, and I’m particularly interested in queer stories and stories by marginalized creators.
In MG, I’m interested in books with a focus on young girls and STEM, books that deal with today’s important topics in a sensitive and nuanced way, and books with a strong fantasy setting (like Avatar: The Last Airbender).
In YA, I’m particularly drawn to books that deal with the specific brand of angst/growing up that occurs during high school. I’m also interested in growing the YA horror genre and YA books with fantastical elements.
