I’m an associate agent actively building my list in adult fiction and nonfiction. 

On the whole, I gravitate toward commercial genre fiction and am seeking to expand my list in that space. I love Gothic fiction of all kinds and crave horror through immersive atmosphere and prose. I’m drawn to big, messy feelings and characters screwing up over and over before succeeding. I’m craving intricately told stories—whether that be puzzle pieces or interpersonal drama or worldbuilding, I’m looking for many moving pieces.

In nonfiction, I’m drawn to enthusiastic expertise about niche topics across genres. I’d love to see projects like FROM HERE TO ETERNITY by Caitlin Doughty, YOU WERE BORN FOR THIS by Chani Nicholas, and THE RADIUM GIRLS by Kate Moore in my inbox.

I’m especially looking for stories from BIPOC and queer authors.

In Adult Fiction I’m looking for:

• Code breaking or puzzle solving based mysteries
• Inventive second world fantasy inspired by non-Western cultures or folklore
• Closed circle mysteries
• Stories in specific, heavily atmospheric environments like the Arctic, Appalachia, or desert where the setting becomes like a character
• Stories inspired by Reality TV
• Gothic horror and horror-romances that are fresh and unnerving
• Supernatural and psychological thrillers
• Stories exploring the spirit world
• Femme gore and body horror
• Horrors about religious deconstruction and cults
• Romance subplots that heavily feature yearning
• Immersive second world science fiction
• Grounded, accessible science fiction

In Nonfiction, I’m looking for:

• Pop culture
• Occult/astrology/tarot (anything witchy!)
• Spiritual
• Food
• Cookbooks
• Health and wellness

I’m happy to consider projects that do not exactly match any of the above elements.

I am not a good fit for space operas, science fiction centering around AI, historical fiction about war, or procedural thrillers
